Cognitive automation workflows can be created in our no-code DeepOpinion Studio within minutes and enriched with various cognitive skills which allow infusing the latest AI into business processes.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Intelligent NLU GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “us”) as related to our services, which collectively include:

  • the use of the application website https://studio.deepopinion.ai/ (“application”)
  • social media messages and marketing campaigns and
  • the use of our products and services.


This Privacy Policy sets out the essential details relating to your personal data relationships with the Intelligent NLU GmbH as:

  • A website visitor
  • An end user of the application (“end user”)
  • A prospective client
  • A job applicant and
  • Partners


Clients contract the use of our application and give access to their employees and other third parties, as solely decided by them, by creating users who access the application with their email address and credentials. The clients’ administrators grant end users roles, which result in different permissions and access rights to the information held in the Client account. 


2.0 Personal Information We Collect 

2.1 Information You Choose to Provide to Us


WHEN

We may ask you to provide personal information when:

  • You use the website to download articles, data sheets or eBooks.
  • You request a free trial or demo.
  • You refer a friend to us.
  • You connect with us directly via phone calls or video conferencing platforms.
  • We or Client Account Administrators grant you access to the application.
  • You or Client Account Administrators upload or enter personal information into the application.
  • You participate in a marketing/sales promotion.
  • You attend trade events and other industry networking events.
  • You register or attend a webinar or other event.
  • You participate in programs we may offer from time to time.
  • You participate in chats.
  • You pay for our services.


If you choose to provide us with a third-party’s personal information (the person’s name, email and company) when taking part in our referral program, you represent that you have the third-party’s permission to do so. 


WHAT

We collect personal information that may include first and last name, business email address, phone number and/or company name. 

As an end user of the application, we collect your name, business email address and any comments you make in the application.

In addition, we may collect data uploaded by you, your employer or other users of the application that may be required to use the services of the Intelligent NLU GmbH. We expect all users to follow their organization’s privacy policy and any applicable regulatory requirements when uploading, accessing and using personal information into our application. The data uploaded may include personal information like: 

  • Employee names, email addresses and contractual agreements
  • Vendor names, email addresses, contractual agreements or other personal data necessary for the services of the Intelligent NLU GmbH
  • Customer names and email addresses used to provide services within the Intelligent NLU GmbH’s platform


As a job applicant, we may also collect your resume and cover letter.

WHEN

We collect information about your visits to the website and the application when you land on any of our web pages through cookies and similar tracking technology.

3.0 Cookie Policy   

A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

Cookies may be either "persistent" cookies or "session" cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed. We use both, "persistent" and "session" cookies.

The legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of our legal obligation under Article 6 par.1 sec.1 lit.(c) GDPR to obtain your consent to the provision of cookies and to provide a way to withdraw or modify this consent.


We use the cookie banner from Simvoly Applications Ltd. and use the built-in analytics regarding visitors' screens, browsers, devices, and visited pages.

This website uses cookies. We use cookies to personalise content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services.


The law states that we can store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this site. For all other types of cookies we need your permission.

3.2 Blocking cookies

Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies; for example:

3.4 Google Tag-Manager

We use “Google Tag Manager” on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”).


We use Google Tag Manager as a “functional” solution to manage and provide further services via so-called website tags. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data, but provides for the triggering of other services, which in turn may collect personal data.

For the purpose of processing, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, incorporating the current standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission (EU SCC).


We would like to point out that it cannot be ruled out that personal data will be transferred to the USA and that Google LLC, as an American company, or US security authorities will have access to it. To use the functions of Google Tag Manager, it is necessary to process your IP address. This may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission. If you are registered with a Google service, it is possible that Google can assign the visit to your account and create a user profile.


The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest as defined in Art. 6 par. 1 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

3.5 Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, is used on our website. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).


Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites. The information about your user behavior collected by means of the cookies is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.


You can refuse the collection of data which is collected via cookies and your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google as well as the processing by Google by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, i.ee, declining not technically relevant cookies or declining analytical and marketing cookies.

The information we retain will be handled following this Privacy Policy.

Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. 

In order to verify your identity, we will generally require sufficient information from you so that we can match it to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Sometimes we may need additional personal information from you to be able to identify you. We will notify you.

We may decline a request to exercise the right to know and/or right to deletion, particularly where we cannot verify your identity or locate your information in our systems or as permitted by law.


You may choose to designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. No information will be disclosed until the authorized agent’s authority has been reviewed and verified. Once an authorized agent has submitted a request, we may require additional information (i.e., written authorization from you) to confirm the authorized agent’s authority.

If you are an employee/former employee of an Intelligent NLU GmbH client that uses our application and services, please direct your requests and/or questions directly to your employer/former employer.

If you are a third party (auditor, business associate, etc.), who was given access to the Intelligent NLU GmbH application by an Intelligent NLU GmbH client, please direct your requests and/or questions directly to the Intelligent NLU GmbH client that gave you access.

Minors Under Age 16

Our application and services are intended for business use, and we do not expect them to be of any interest to minors. We do not intentionally collect any personal information of consumers below the age of 16. We do not sell the personal information of California consumers.
