DeepOpinion, the agentic automation platform built for complex enterprise operations, held its highly anticipated Q2 2025 “Autonomous” product launch event today, unveiling a slate of transformative upgrades to its platform. At the heart of the announcement: tools designed to drive real autonomy in enterprise workflows, from insurance claims and underwriting to banking compliance and shared service operations.

The event, attended by industry leaders across insurance, banking, and business services, focused on a bold promise:  to help enterprises put their operations on autopilot and reduce the need for human intervention, while maintaining business oversight and compliance.

“We went from 600,000 annual emails with growing backlogs… to processing everything same-day, with nearly zero errors,” said Francois Goffinet, CEO of CED.

Through his reflections, Francois captured the essence of the event: this level of transformation is real and within reach. CED stands as proof with their success to reengineer their operations to eliminate entire categories of manual work.

Reinventing Enterprise Automation: Autonomy, Control, and Velocity

We opened the event by outlining the company’s philosophy: automation must be judged by outcomes, not interfaces. The DeepOpinion platform is architected around three foundational pillars:

  • Autonomy: maximizing the share of tasks completed with no human touch.

  • Control: embedding oversight and business rules where autonomy is not yet possible.

  • Velocity: ensuring time-to-value is measured in weeks, not months.

With these principles leading the transformation to autonomy process, enterprise customers are achieving unprecedented automation rates on high-volume, unstructured processes only within weeks of deployment.

Major Product Announcements Designed for Business Impact

During the event, we introduced a range of new features engineered to boost performance and usability across the board.:

  1. New Agentic Flow Builder: A complete overhaul of DeepOpinion’s no-code workflow builder, now offering real-time collaboration, 400+ integrations, Python support, reusable automation templates, and advanced error handling.

This lets teams build automations visually, test partial workflows, collaborate live, and reuse flows across departments. No code and no special ops team.

  2. AIO v2: The upgraded AI Optimization engine now delivers improved workflow instructions with a single click,  increasing automation accuracy in test cases without any manual tuning.

With smarter automation instructions, you’ll achieve fewer reviews, faster results, and less work for everyone.

  3. Control Hub Expansion: A major enhancement to DeepOpinion’s business-in-the-loop capabilities, giving users the ability to define complex business rules, build custom human validation interfaces, and route tasks dynamically without code.

What this means for your team: it lets you define business logic for when human eyes are needed. Want high-value claims reviewed by a manager? Done. Want certain document types routed to specific teams? Easy.

“These updates aren’t about making things easier for developers,” commented Julien Palier, our product lead. “They’re about unlocking autonomy for business users, and making oversight intuitive and embedded.”

Customer Success: CED Achieves Same-Day Processing at Scale

The highlight of the event was an interview with CED, a leading claims management company processing hundreds of thousands of customer interactions annually.

CED’s CEO Francois Goffinet shared how his organization collaborated with DeepOpinion to eliminate document backlogs, automate 90% of email classification, and dramatically improve service levels without hiring additional staff.

“The real value wasn’t just in the technology. We had some real thinking up front that was brought by DeepOpinion analysts,” Goffinet explained. “It was in being able to structure some of our business realities that our own people hadn't been able to structure as well.”

The partnership, he said, allowed CED to scale operations while improving both employee focus and end-customer experience.

“We’ve already eliminated the backlog and achieved near-zero errors, but we’re not stopping there. We have two more use cases ready to go, and we’re expanding DeepOpinion’s automation across our operations to scale. It’s become a core part of how we grow.” Francois remarked.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Agentic Automation

The DeepOpinion team also previewed key focus areas for future releases, including:

  • Agent teams for handling multi-step processes

  • STP flow tracking to visualize and measure autonomy across workflows

  • Reusable automation components for rapid scaling

  • Granular permission controls and enhanced user provisioning

  • A customer certification program to help teams build internal automation expertise

“We’re not just building tools in here,” said Kerem Sozugecer, our VP of Product & Engineering. “We’re basically changing how work happens, and giving customers the control and speed to own that change.”
